Regulation for Visitors

• You can bring one grown up person as an accompany.Children older than 8 month should not come to the practice

• For the protection of our patients, accompanying persons with cold symptoms and without mask are kindly asked not to enter the practice.

Closing

• 22.12.25-2.1.26 the practice will be closed

• Please call if you want to come for prescription etc.
  For emergencies call 116117

Cancellation fee for appointments

• We kindly ask you to notify us of appointment cancellations at least 24 hrs., for long prenatal appointments two business days (Mon-Thu) in advance, either in writing (email: noreplypraxiskentenich@gmail.com) or by phone (089/404077).

  Otherwise, we are entitled to charge you a cancellation fee equivalent to the booked service privately. (Legal basis: §615 BGB). This fee becomes immediately payable.

• Of course, we are willing, in certain cases such as genuine emergencies, at our sole discretion, to waive the cancellation fee.
