Cancellation fee for prenatal appointments

• We kindly ask you to notify us of appointment cancellations at least two business days (Mon-Thu) in advance, either in writing (email: noreplypraxiskentenich@gmail.com) or by phone (089/404077).

  Otherwise, we are entitled to charge you a cancellation fee equivalent to the booked service privately. (Legal basis: §615 BGB). This fee becomes immediately payable.

• Of course, we are willing, in certain cases such as genuine emergencies, at our sole discretion, to waive the cancellation fee.

Regulation for Visitors

• Masks are not mandatory anymore.
  You can bring one grown up person as an accompany.

• Children older than 8 month should not come to the practice.
