Our practice works with appointments to keep the waiting time as short as possible. If you are late then please understand that you may need to arrange a new appointment as the Practice is normally fully booked.

If you need to cancel your appointment please let us know 24hrs in advance. If however, you do not manage to cancel your appointment then unfortunately, we will have to send you a bill for the inconvenience caused.

At the day of your appointment please bring your insurance card, your mutter-pass or other important reports from previous examinations or operations.

If you come for ultrasound examinations in pregnancy please do not use oil or cream for 3 days in advance as it will reduce the quality of the pictures. You are welcome to bring your partner or someone else close to you.

In our experience young children are rather frightened and should be taken care of by someone else during the time of the examination.
